Course Aims
The Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course has been designed by Construction Skills to meet the needs of site managers within the construction industry. This course is part of the Site Safety Plus scheme and is for all site managers and those who have to, or are about to, acquire these responsibilities. The course aims to provide candidates with underpinning knowledge of health and safety legislation in order to set and maintain positive standards of health, safety and welfare on a construction site.
